He started his career in 2010 with an internship in Bali and has grown through roles from In-Room Dining Waiter to Restaurant & Bar Manager, developing a strong foundation in service, operations, and team leadership. Known for his steady leadership and eye for detail, Rindi plays a key role in shaping memorable dining experiences and guiding his team to deliver their best every day. He's passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest, and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of hospitality talent.
